I want a bar but.........
What will it cost?
We don’t have a charge for our licenced bar service, all we ask is a deposit of £250 per bar unit and a minimum spend of £10 per head.
The deposit (or part of) is returned to you within 14 days after your event.
If you do not reach the minimum spend we will deduct the difference from the deposit.
We don’t charge a delivery fee if you are within London or Kent, for events outside these locations please inquire.
You can either have guests pay individually for their drinks, put a tab behind their bar or even pre-order drinks and we will supply you with tokens for your guests.
We only accept cash payments on the day of your event, do to many of our events being in rural locations often the machines will not work due to poor mobile reception so rather than disappoint we only accept cash payments. This has never been an issue as long as your guests are made aware of this prior to the day.

How, where, and when?
Our bars are quick to set up and very portable, we usually only require around an hour and a half to set up and an hour to pack away and load out.
Each bar unit requires 3m x 3m of floor space.
Our bars can be set up inside or outside on level ground if you require cover for the bars to go under please let us know in advance and we can provide this for you at a cost of £60 per bar unit.

Free menu design if you wish to have cocktails on offer.

Real glasses or disposable depending on the venue requirements.
What’s not included?
Cover, if your bar is to be located outside we have gazebos that can be rented from our selves big enough to cover the bar and these are charged at £60 per bar unit.
